| 内容記述 | Throughout Drucker’s long career, Japanese business community was considerably more enthusiastic in its praise of his books and remarks than was in America. In the post-war period of Japan, he received almost unanimous approval in reviews from both practical and academic segments of Japanese industry. The favorable reviews accorded to his management books had both and uplifting and disconcerting effect on Drucker. On the other hand he realized his insights were from observing Japanese style of management, in probing the community-based practice in Japanese fashion. This article focuses on the Drucker’s mutual influence in Japan’s post war period just before the bubble economy crush in early 1990s. | |||||
