In accordance to solve this problem, the concept was tried as the searching examination, that is the general waste was carburized and the produced carbon was hardened with Phenol Resin. As the result, carburization went well and the carbon collection ratio was about 88%. But hardening did not go so well. Compression Strength was about 7~8N/mm2, which is about 1/5 of wooden material, and Specific Weight was about 1.0, which is twice of that. But the possibility for real use of this concept was confirmed.
