Nagatoro-Town in Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture has no public transportation system except for Chichibu Railway and taxis. In order to introduce sustainable community buses, Nagatoro-Town has been implementing a four-year plan to establish a public transportation network. In FY 2017 and FY 2018, basic surveys and workshops were conducted to identify lifestyles and needs, and we have examined operation plans.
